Owner Lynn Raker, PLA, ASLA, is a landscape architect and urban planner with 14 years of experience in residential and commercial design and 20 years in downtown and tourism development, infrastructure and park design, community and neighborhood improvement, project management and public art administration.

Raker has received numerous state and national awards for her contributions, including NC Main Street Champion and President’s Award from the NC Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects.

After two decades in municipal planning and design, Raker has returned to her first passion – working with diverse clients to help them discover and fulfill their personal landscape visions.
