Develop design concept into master plan; review with client and modify as needed. 

 

Produce construction documents with detailed layout, dimensions, materials, lighting and electrical, irrigation, planting plan, and other as needed. 

 

Produce specifications manual for project process, details and management. 

 

Produce documents for formal or informal bid requests. 

 

Supervise construction.
